Pre-Wedding Photography with Megan + David
Pre-wedding photography is always fun to shoot and this was never more so the case than when we worked with Megan and David. Often our couples start off feeling a little awkward and shy but this pair were full of laughter and giggles from the off so we knew we were in for a fun photoshoot.
The venue chosen for the pre-wedding photography photoshoot was Tatton Park. Tatton Park is a historical estate with a neo-classical mansion, 50 acres of landscaped gardens and a 1000 acre deer park. We chose the deer park to start our shoot (we didn’t spot one, though to be fair, we weren’t the quietest out there!)
Blown In The Wind
You’ll see that we took some images of Megan and David on a fallen tree that had come down in the last storm. David was keen to get up there and had to help get Megan up as she had heels on. In the end Megan ditched the heels so that David could get her up onto the tree and we got some fantastic images. That’s dedication for you!
This is what we love about pre-wedding photography. We get to learn more of our clients personalities and what they’re comfortable with which is valuable knowledge before photographing them on their wedding days.
Pretty Locations
We then headed towards Tatton House’s pretty walled garden to get some more images at this amazing location. We particularly loved the portrait shots in front of the beautifully ornate iron gates. We also got some great images of Megan and David sitting on a lying tree (this one involved no climbing so Megan got to keep her shoes on!)
It’s always a pleasure to shoot Pre-wedding photography and working with Megan and David was a dream. We’ve no doubt we’re going to love shooting their wedding at The Marriott Hotel, Preston in May.
