As busy Lancashire wedding photographers, we get to work at the very finest wedding venues that the county has to offer, and this is certainly the case when we return to capture wedding photography at Eaves Hall.

Eaves Hall is a magnificent Georgian mansion that sits in 13 acres of immaculately kept gardens and grounds that overlook the beautiful Ribble Valley.  Built in 1864, this stunning Grade II listed house has been beautifully renovated and restored to retain all of its luxurious period charm with celebrations in mind and offer exclusive use for weddings.

When we capture wedding photography at Eaves Hall, we love the approach to the house.  You pass through the iron gates and then along a sweeping drive way.  It creates a real air of anticipation. We have captured wedding photography at Eaves Hall several time, but every time our first glimpse of the house always takes our breath away.

Licensed to host civil ceremonies in various spaces both indoors and out, Eaves Hall can cater for weddings from intimate through to large celebrations for up to 200 guests in the house and up to 300 guests in a luxury marquee.

For smaller weddings, the ballroom is ideal.  Licensed for civil ceremonies, the ballroom has opulent interiors with ornate plasterwork, a chandeliered ceiling and antique mirrors adorn the walls.  It’s a stunning space and proves that you don’t have to sacrifice grandeur at a smaller wedding.  The ballroom can accommodate up to 60 guests and also makes a great location for the wedding breakfast too.

Experienced Eaves Wedding Photographers

For larger weddings of up to 120 seated guests, Eaves Hall offer the Pendle Room.  This airy and elegant room it has large windows that offer gorgeous views of the garden and bathe the room in natural light (us Lancashire wedding photographers can never have too much natural light!).  It has elegant period interiors that offer a blank canvas for you to add your chosen decoration if you wish.  For evening celebrations and drinks receptions the Pendle Room can accommodate up to 200 guests.

If you’d prefer an outdoor ceremony, Eaves Hall offer two spaces to choose from.  Firstly, there’s a beautiful wedding pavilion set on the manicured lawns.  Or you can choose to say ‘I do’ on the veranda at the front of the building.  Both can accommodate up to 120 seated guests.

In good weather, you can enjoy your drinks reception in the garden or on the terraces.  In poorer weather or colder months, your guests can enjoy a drinks reception in the beautiful lounge and bar area that has views over the garden.

When we capture wedding photography at Eaves Hall.  During the drinks reception whilst guests are happily catered for, we love whisking our couples away for a few minutes for a mini photoshoot around the beautiful gardens and grounds of Eaves Hall.  We always get some really romantic images and our couples often comment afterwards, that it was their favourite part of the day.

For your wedding breakfast you can choose the Ballroom, The Pendle Room or for large celebrations a luxury marquee on the lawn.  And with exclusive use you and your guests get free reign to explore the entire house including the impressive bar and lounge and billiards room that all overlook the gardens and have direct access to the terraces.  Allowing you and your guests the chance to really relax and make Eaves Hall your home for the day.

Storytelling wedding photography at Eaves Hall

When it comes to food, Eaves Hall pride themselves on enlisting the regions most talented chefs who work with you to create the perfect wedding menu.  Everything from champagne and canapes, to fine dining, to a cocktail hour to tasty evening treats like pizza or a barbecue.  You get to create a bespoke wedding menu that will wow your guests and is based entirely on your preferences.

For guest accommodation, Eaves Hall offer 30 bedrooms over the top two floors of the house.  The suites range in size and shape and all have stunning views of the garden and the Ribble Valley beyond.

Eaves Hall also offer three holiday cottages for guests who would like to stay for a few days.  And lastly, there’s The Lodge, Eaves Hall’s very own mini-mansion with 3 en-suite bedrooms, it’s the perfect party palace in miniature form.

There’s also the Kemple Suite, a large beautiful suite flooded with natural light.  The perfect location for the wedding party to get ready and for us to get those all-important morning of the wedding images.

The experienced wedding team at Eaves Hall have a fantastic destination wedding venue package called the ‘Two Day Takeover’, that offers 2 nights’ accommodation with breakfast and a meal together the evening before the wedding along with full use of all the facilities for the entire two days.  The ‘Two Day Takeover’ package is for up to 60 guests.
